The vast majority of our products are imported and shipped directly from our manufacturers/suppliers located in the United States of America, France, China, Switzerland and Germany. Our curation is rigorous so that you have an excellent quality product. Delivery takes on average 12 to 18 business days after the product is posted. Orders placed through bank slips take 1 to 3 business days for payment confirmation. Credit cards and Pix are usually approved immediately after purchase.

Order Tracking
The products will be sent by the Post Office or another carrier. There will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to track the progress of the delivery. SOULARI is committed to instructing and guiding the customer to track the products. The code to access the tracking will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to SOUARI Joias. If you have any questions, our support team is ready to assist you. The order tracking code will be informed within a few days after confirmed payment. It may take 5 to 10 days for the tracking code to start showing shipping information on the Post Office website.
Again, if the order is for 2 or more products, they may be sent in separate shipments and a tracking code will be issued for each product.
Care with Addressing Orders
SOULARI Jewelry will arrange for the products to be sent to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to ensure that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask that you pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order. Delivery is generally made by the Post Office, however, in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, regions with delivery restrictions, among other reasons, the Post Office may leave a notice to collect the products at the agency closest to the address provided.
Recipient Absent
Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office generally makes three attempts to deliver products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office branch to the address, and in this case, the recipient of the package will need to collect it from the Post Office branch within 7 calendar days. The store is not responsible if the order is not collected from the Post Office.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in the event of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
SOULARI Jewelry is not responsible for the incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address of orders placed in the store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to the Post Office's rules, no further delivery attempts will be made to that address and it is the customer's responsibility to attempt to recover the package(s) from the Post Office.
