Refund Policy

When making purchases on our website, www.soulari.com.br , you agree to the prices, payment terms, exchange policy, defective products and returns, which are subject to change.

About Payment

All personal information provided during purchase is confidential and will only be used to complete your purchase and ship your order.

Payments can be made by credit card, bank slip or PIX, using the payment gateway on our website. Purchases paid in installments on credit cards are subject to interest, and payments made by bank slip may take up to 3 business days to be approved. PIX and credit cards are approved instantly.

Exchange Policy

You have up to 7 calendar days after delivery to initiate the exchange or return process.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be new, in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
  • We do not exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.
  • For ring exchanges, a small symbolic fee will be charged to cover part of the manufacturing and shipping costs of the new size.

  2. Our team will contact you with the necessary information for returning and exchanging the product.

Defective Products Received Policy

If you receive a defective piece of jewelry, do not use it and start the exchange process immediately. The deadline for exchanging defective products is 7 calendar days after delivery.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Send an email to sac@soulari.com.br , with information about the defect, photos and/or videos.
  2. Within 2 business days, our team will contact you with instructions for the exchange.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, the product must be new, in its original packaging, with the ring size tag sealed (if applicable) and without signs of use or damage.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Send an email to sac@soulari.com.br , informing your email, order number and reason for the refund.
  2. Our team will provide you with instructions for the return and refund.

Refund Process:

  • Credit Card: The refund will be sent within 5 business days and will appear on your credit card statement. The refund depends on the card issuer.
  • PIX: The refund will be processed immediately after sending the receipt and will be deposited into your account at the same time.
  • Bank Slip: After sending your bank details, you will receive proof of the refund within 5 business days. The amount will be credited to the account provided within 48 to 72 hours.

Return Process

The product must be new and in its original packaging. Within 3 business days, you will receive a postage authorization code by email. Print and attach this label to the item's packaging and send it to the indicated agency. Packaging costs are not covered by us.

Do not send products without prior authorization from our team. Returns without authorization or that do not follow the guidelines will not be processed.
