SOULARI WARRANTY POLICY
At SOULARI, we are committed to offering high-quality, long-lasting products. Our jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel and undergoes a PVD plating process, ensuring resistance to oxidation and discoloration. Our lifetime warranty is a reflection of this commitment.
Lifetime Warranty for Darkening and Greening: We offer a lifetime warranty exclusively for cases of darkening and greening of the parts. It is important to note that wear that reveals the steel underlying the plating is not considered a problem with the coating and, therefore, does not trigger the warranty.
7 Day Stone Guarantee: In cases where stones become loose without external intervention, such as falls, scratches or poor maintenance by the customer, we offer a 7-day guarantee. We understand that, due to the manual placement of the stones, such situations may occur, and we guarantee the exchange without complications.
However, it is crucial to highlight that if the stone is broken due to the customer's carelessness, we will not exchange it. We believe that it is up to the customer to take care of the piece, adopting the necessary care and precautions to avoid damage.
Warranty Exclusions: The SOULARI warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, falls, collisions, improper use or modifications to the parts. If it is identified that the damage results from any of these circumstances, the warranty will be void.
Procedure in Case of Defective Jewelry Upon Receipt: If you receive a defective piece of jewelry, we recommend that you do not use it and initiate the exchange process within 7 calendar days after delivery. If you notice any irregularity, contact our team to begin the exchange procedure.
Procedure in Case of Defective Jewelry after Receipt: We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

• Incomplete;
• Scratched;
• Burst;

Deadline for Complaining of Apparent Defects: The right to complain about apparent or easily detectable defects expires after 30 days, in the case of the provision of services and non-durable products, which is the case of the parts we supply.
Definition of Non-Durable Consumer Goods: Non-durable consumer goods are those for immediate or short-term consumption, such as food, clothing, footwear, costume jewelry, etc.
Definition of Durable Good: A durable good is a product that does not run out with use, such as household appliances, cars, computer equipment, etc.
If your request complies with all the rules of our policy, you can make a claim for your warranty.
